1. How do I create an account?
First National has already created an account on your behalf. To claim your account, click "Start Here" listed above. Enter the required information and click "Search."

2. Do I need an email address for an account?
Yes, you must have an email address to create an account.

3. Does my account ever expire?
No, your account never expires.

4. What if I forget my password?
Click the "Sign In" button and enter your email address to the right of "Forgot your Password" section. Click “Request Password” and a new password will be emailed to you.

5. How do I earn certificates redeemable for gift cards?
Eligible account holders may receive mailers periodically, offering a free $10 gift card for using your debit card on eligible transactions 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 times in one month. Be sure to use your debit card instead of a check, cash or credit card to earn points.

As you continue to use your First National debit card, you’ll keep earning points. Eligible accounts will earn one point for every $100 spent.

6. What is a certificate?
Every time you qualify, we will automatically deposit a certificate for a gift card into your account.

7. How do I view my balance?
When you sign in to your account, you can view your Current Point Balance in the top right corner of the screen, just below the Sign Out button. You may also contact the customer service department to request your point balance.

8. Do certificates expire?
Certificates are valid for two years from the first day of the month in which the certificates were issued. Certificates will be invalid at 12 a.m. on that date, and cannot be redeemed for a gift card. Their value will become 0.

9. How do I redeem a certificate for a gift card?
You can redeem certificates by clicking on the "Rewards" button. Simply click on the gift card you wish to order and click "Order." Verify the shipping information and click the submit button. Then, confirm your order. Alternatively, you may contact customer service for assistance to choose a reward and redeem certificate points.

10. Can I send my gift card to someone other than myself?
Yes, enter a different address in the shipping information and your gift card can be sent to someone else.

11. How do I contact customer service?
Click Contact Us for the email address and phone number to our customer service department.

12. Why is my online banking login not working on this site?
Your username and password for your First National online banking and the First National Rewards website are not the same. Follow the instructions above for your access to the rewards website.

Electronic Gift Card Questions

1. What is the difference between e-gift cards and regular gift cards?
E-gift cards are sent to you digitally in your rewards account, so that you may access them immediately after an order is placed. Standard gift cards are mailed, and will ship from our warehouse to your mailing address on file within five business days of your request. Delivery time subject to U.S. Postal Service delivery process.

2. I placed my order, but did not receive the link for my selection. What should I do?
First, check your junk mail and/or spam folder for the email. For further assistance, please call or email our customer service department.

3. Am I limited in how I use my e-gift card?

Redemption options vary by retailer. Depending on the e-gift card, they can be used in-store, online, via catalog or any combination of those. Please visit the retailer's website for specific gift card terms and conditions.

4. Can I redeem my e-gift card in a store using a mobile device?

5. How can I check the e-gift card balance?
Review the terms and conditions of your e-gift card for specific information on how to check your balance.

6. Do I have to use the balance all at once? Or can I make multiple purchases at different times?
You may use your e-gift card until the balance is zero. When you re-visit a retailer website after a purchase, some e-gift cards provided an updated balance. This feature may vary by brand.

7. Will my e-gift card expire?

Expiration dates may vary by retailer. Please read the terms and conditions of your e-gift card for more information.

8. If I want to print my e-gift card, do I need to use a special printer?
Most standard office and home printers are able to print e-gift cards. Quality of printing may vary by the printer used; however, the most important thing is that the code below the e-gift card prints clearly.

9. Do I need to print the e-gift card in color?
No, the e-gift card does not need to be printed in color.

10. What happens if I lose the e-gift card I printed?
You can always access your e-gift card information by logging in to your account and selecting the appropriate e-gift card in your order history.

11. My e-gift card instructions include using an access code. Where do I find this?
Some e-gift cards require an access code before use. If you were issued a code, you can find it in your e-gift card redemption instructions. You will be prompted to input your access code when you try to open your e-gift card.

12. What if I lose my access code?

You can always obtain your access code by logging in to your account and selecting the appropriate e-gift card in your order history.
